GENERAL RETURN POLICY: 30 days allowance from purchase date for all returns. E-Mail us promptly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A re-stocking fee of 10% applies on all returns except when item is defective or has been erroneously shipped. Purchase amount is credited upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition. If an item is defective or erroneously shipped by us, upon receipt of the same we will refund you for return shipping up to $5.00.
