GENERAL RETURN POLICY: Purchases on CellularAccessories.com are covered by our 15 day guarantee.

We give you a 15 day, money back, Satisfaction Guarantee!
Exceptions: Both wired and wireless (including Bluetooth) Car kits that have been installed as well as any and all software are not returnable except for warranty replacement. On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
Cell Phones are not returnable unless DOA. We do not warranty Cell Phones.
Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee.
RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within two (2) work days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back.
You can return complete undamaged hardware for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:
Unless we have made a packing & shipping error, the merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label!
Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, it will not be processed and may be refused!
On 15 Day Satisfaction items for Refund, & on Warranty item(s) after 15 days, Customer is responsible for shipping charges to us. On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the normal published shipping fee is deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
Warranty & Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us.
We will bill your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your product refund to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.

CANADIAN AND PUERTO RICO SHIPMENTS:
CellularAccessories.com now ships also to Canada and Puerto Rico. To these locations we ship 3 Days Select only for $34.95 including brokerage.
All orders placed during the weekend are for Monday release.
All orders placed after 3:30pm EST are considered for shipping the next business day.
CellularAccessories.com does not ship during Federal Holidays.
Website Errors: CellularAccessories.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and /or incorrect information, including product availability. Under no circumstances CellularAccessories.com shall be held liable for errors in calling plan airtime or services offered by telecommunication carriers.
